Casa Langostero Terraza is one of the four apartments recovered from an old lobster farm, “El Langostero”.
Two bedrooms; one of them with window facing the sea. High wooden ceilings. The huge terrace lets you enjoy the pure essence of the sea.

Exclusive access to the pool and terrace

Although it is located only 8 km away from the airport, you won’t hear any regular planes landing. Planes routes are more inland and the house is right on the shore. You only will hear is the constant sound of the waves.
Framed in a natural area, next to artisanal salt mine of Salinas Bocacangrejo, Playa de Vargas, Agüimes. The Southeast area is not a touristic area, the main activity in this area is agriculture. Courgettes, cabbages, potatoes and tomatoes grow in greenhouses protected from the sun and wind.
Access to the cottage through a rustic area shows authentic Canarian village which has nothing to do with the great hotels in the south of the island.

Casa Langostero Terraza es uno de los cuatro apartamentos en un antiguo criadero de langostas, “El Langostero”.
Dos dormitorios; uno de ellos tiene la ventana frente al mar. Techos altos de madera. La enorme terraza le permite disfrutar de la esencia pura del mar.

Acceso exclusivo a la piscina y la terraza

Aunque se encuentra a escasos 8 km desde el aeropuerto, los vuelos regulares no son un problema, ya que las rutas de los aviones son hacia el interior de la isla y la casa está justo en la playa. Lo único que se escucha es el constante sonido de las olas.
Enmarcada en un paraje natural, junto a las salinas artesanales Salinas Bocacangrejo, en la Playa de Vargas, Agüimes. La zona del Sureste no es una zona turística, la actividad principal en este área es la agricultura. Calabacines, coles, papas y principalmente tomates crecen en invernaderos, protegidos del sol y el viento. El acceso a la casa atravesando esta rústica zona nos muestra una faceta auténtica del pueblo canario que nada tiene que ver con los grandes hoteles del sur de la isla.
