How do I pick up my keys?

You will pick up the keys from a box located at Av. Italia, 20, Las Olas Apartments.

Recogerás las llaves de un cajetín ubicado en Av. Italia, 20, Apartamentos Las Olas.

In the indicated box, enter the 4-digit code from the “Keys” section.

Take your key, MIX THE NUMBERS, AND CLOSE THE LID.

Enter through the main door, turn left and follow the perimetral path inside the building.

Your apartment is 170 in Block 5.

You can also use the other doors. You’ll need your key to exit.

En el cajetín indicado, introduce el código de 4 dígitos de la sección “Llaves”.

Coge tu llave, MEZCLA LOS NÚMEROS Y CIERRA LA TAPA.

Entra por la puerta principal, gira a la izquierda y sigue el camino perimetral, dentro del edificio.

Tu apartamento es el 170 en el bloque 5.

También puedes utilizar el resto de puertas. Necesitarás la llave para salir.

Where should I leave the keys the last day?

On check out, leave the keys on the table INSIDE YOUR APARTMENT and close the door behind you.

You must use the main entrance to exit the complex.

¿Dónde dejo la llave el último día?

El día de salida, deja las llaves sobre la mesa DENTRO DE TU APARTAMENTO y cierra la puerta al salir.

Deberás utilizar la puerta principal para salir del complejo.
