Cuando se van, los huéspedes me dejan notitas, chocolates y dulces. No agradecen “el buen servicio”. Se trata de una muestra de agradecidimiento por la hospitalidad y de saber que cuentan con alguien en la isla para lo que necesiten. Y yo, gorda y feliz de que ellos hayan disfrutado de sus vacaciones.

When they leave, guests leave me little notes, chocolates and sweets. They don’t thank “good service”. It’s about thanking for the hospitality and knowing that they have someone on the island for whatever they need. And I, fat and happy that they have enjoyed their holidays.
