These Terms govern reservations made through Gran Canaria Stay and the use of accommodations managed by the company.

By making a reservation, the guest declares having read and accepted these Terms, as well as the rest of the legal information published on this website.

  • the booking process has been completed correctly;
  • the corresponding payment has been received;
  • and Gran Canaria Stay has sent the reservation confirmation.

Gran Canaria Stay reserves the right not to confirm a reservation until the booking process and payment have been completed correctly.

4. Price

Any tax or fee that is legally required will appear duly identified.

5. Payment Methods

7. Reservation modifications

Modification requests will be subject to the accommodation's availability and the rate conditions applicable at the time of change.

Modifications may involve a variation of the initially contracted price.

Gran Canaria Stay will do its best to attend to such requests, although it cannot guarantee their acceptance.

8. Number of guests

For security reasons, compliance with tourism regulations, and access control, it is not allowed to host visitors who stay overnight without having been previously registered.

It is not allowed to exceed the authorized maximum capacity of the accommodation or to host persons not previously registered.

Failure to comply with this condition may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without right to a refund.

9. Mandatory traveler registration

Spanish legislation requires all tourist accommodation establishments to identify and register their guests.

Before arrival, all travelers must complete the registration process by providing the required documentation to verify their identity.

Failure to comply with this obligation may prevent access to the accommodation until the registration is correctly completed.

10. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be those indicated in the reservation confirmation or in the specific accommodation information.

  • comply with current regulations.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Illegal activities or any behavior that could cause serious disturbances or damage to the property are not allowed.

12. Cleaning and equipment

The accommodation is delivered clean and ready for the stay.

Each guest will have, at minimum:

  • bed linen;
  • a bath towel;
  • a hand towel.

For long stays, additional bed linen will be provided when indicated in the listing or due to the length of the stay.

The kitchen has the basic cookware needed for normal use of the accommodation.

As a courtesy, the accommodation may include welcome items and an initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, dish detergent, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, or salt.

These items are intended for the start of the stay and do not constitute a continuous supply throughout the reservation.

Cleaning during the stay is the guest's responsibility, unless an additional service has been expressly hired.

13. Pets

Pets will only be allowed in those accommodations whose listing expressly states that they are permitted or when there is prior written authorization from Gran Canaria Stay.

Pet admission may be subject to the payment of the surcharge indicated during the booking process or on the accommodation's page.

The guest will be responsible for any damage, defects or extraordinary cleaning costs caused by their pet, as well as ensuring that it does not disturb other guests or neighbors.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the application of the corresponding charges and, in cases of special severity, the early termination of the stay.

14. Prohibitions

Unless express authorization is given, the following is prohibited:

  • hold parties or events;
  • engage in activities that cause inconvenience to third parties;
  • accommodate persons other than those included in the reservation;
  • conduct illegal activities;
  • use the accommodation for purposes other than tourist lodging.

15. Damages

The guest will be liable for damages caused by action or omission during their stay when attributable to them or any of the reservation occupants.

The guest agrees to report any incident or damage that occurs during the stay as soon as possible.

Gran Canaria Stay may claim the amount of the duly documented damages.

18. Early termination of the stay

Gran Canaria Stay may terminate the stay when the guest seriously breaches these Terms, the applicable regulations or the essential rules of coexistence, without prejudice to any legal actions that may correspond.
